All food here is made fresh in-house, combining the finest quality imported Italian ingredients with fresh, locally grown produce. Alessandro’s pizza sourdough is naturally leavened for a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) and rolled out to make 12 bases, which are then wood fired between 60-90 seconds before being served to you hot, fresh, and delicious.
