Rollickin Dessert Cafe
The café sells Rollickin Gelato’s signature, hand-made gelato and sorbet, plus coffee and sweet cabinet food. Customers can also enjoy a huge chocolate fountain. They use organic, free range milk from a Rangiora farm that, along with the technique, makes it super-creamy. They only use real ingredients – for example their mint gelato is infused with real mint leaves overnight and their salted caramel is made with their own house-made gooey caramel.
