- Vouchers are sold subject to availability

- The Bungy Bus departs from the Queenstown Bungy Centre, Corner of Shotover and Camp Streets, Queenstown. Buses depart daily at 9.20am, 10.00am, 10.40am, 11.20am, 12.00pm, 12.40pm, 1.20pm, 2.00pm and 2.40pm.

- Check-in is 30 minutes prior to departure

- Bookings must be re-confirmed 48 hours prior to scheduled start.

- Bookings cannot be split across days or people. Both activities must be redeemed within the same appointment

- Minimum weight to ride 45kg, maximum 127kg

- Minimum age 13 years. Children 13-14 years old require signed consent and accompaniment by an adult

- Bookings can be changed up to 48 hours prior to arrival with no fee, subject to availability

- Bookings changed within 48 hours will incur a NZD$50 fee and are subject to availability

- Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable

- Bookings will only be refunded if the team deem you unfit to jump for medical reasons, or if weather does not permit jumping for safety reasons

- The person who is named at the time of booking is the person who must attend the booking. Failure to arrive on time will result in cancellation and will void your booking.

- Spectators allowed, however costs apply
